DESCRIPTION
This subject is designed to give knowledge and understanding concern the scope and importance of labor economics; concept of demand, supplu and labor market; many efforts to improve the human resources quality; the determination and wage structure; the labor allocation; labor union and the implication to the economics; and the reason of government intervention on labor market.
The Course Features Students will be able to:

Students could understand and analyse concerning the Equilibrium of labor market
Students could understand and analyse concerning the labor discrimination
Student could understand and analyse concerning the human capital and wage distribution
Student could understand and analyse concerning the application of wage structure
