*) Jumlah saham buyback sejak tanggal 26 Agustus 2019 sampai dengan 26 Desember 2019.
Perseroan telah mendapatkan persetujuan RUPS untuk tindakan buyback yaitu:
1. RUPSLB 15 Januari 2018 yang menyetujui buyback sejumlah 216.028.106 saham untuk jangka waktu sampai dengan tanggal 14 Juli 2019 dengan perkiraan biaya buyback sebesar + Rp1,3 triliun (Periode buyback telah berakhir);
2. RUPSLB 20 Desember 2018 yang menyetujui buyback sejumlah 75.146.002 saham untuk jangka waktu sampai dengan tanggal 19 Juni 2020 dengan perkiraan biaya buyback sebesar + Rp451 miliar; dan
3. RUPSLB 29 Agustus 2019 yang menyetujui buyback sejumlah 211.173.546 saham untuk jangka waktu sampai dengan tanggal 28 Februari 2021 dengan perkiraan biaya buyback sebesar + Rp1,3 triliun, yang berlaku efektif setelah Perseroan mendapat persetujuan Menkumham atas pengurangan modal disetor dan ditempatkan Perseroan yaitu pada tanggal 4 November 2019.

*) Amount of buyback shares from 26 August 2019 to 26 December 2019.
The Company has obtained GMS approval for the buyback action, namely:
1. EGMS dated January 15, 2018 which approved buybacks of 216,028,106 shares for the period up to July 14, 2019 with an estimated buyback fee of + Rp1.3 trillion (the buyback period has ended);
2. EGMS dated December 20, 2018 which approved a buyback of 75,146,002 shares for a period up to June 19, 2020 with an estimated buyback cost of + Rp.451 billion; and
3. EGMS dated August 29, 2019 which approved a buyback of 211,173,546 shares for the period up to February 28, 2021 with an estimated buyback cost of + Rp1.3 trillion, effective after the Company obtained the Menkumham's approval of the reduction of paid-up and issued capital of the Company, i.e. on November 4, 2019.
