AMENDMENT TO DISCLOSURE INFORMATION OF SHARE BUYBACK PLAN OF
PT LINK NET TBK
The following are amendment to Disclosure Information of Share Buyback Plan of PT Link Net Tbk (“the Company”) which previously published in Investor Daily on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 (“Previous Disclosure Information”), namely:
I. On Section B regarding “The Estimated Schedule, Estimated Cost of Shares Buyback, and Estimated Total Nominal Value of All Shares Buyback”, amended as follow:
The number of shares buyback are up to a maximum of 211,173,546 (two hundred and eleven million, one hundred and seventy three thousand, five hundred and forty six) shares or represent 7.38% (seven point thirty eight percent) from the issued and paid up capital after the reduction of issued and paid-up capital of the Company by share withdrawal which derives from the buyback shares of the Company (treasury stock)..
II. On Section E regarding “Pro forma Earnings per Share after Shares Buyback Plan is Implemented, Considering the Decline in Revenues”, amended as follow:
Based on the Financial Statement as of June 30, 2019, the Company has recorded earnings per share of Rp.182, - (one hudred and eighty two Rupiah), while pro forma earnings per share after Shares Buyback, with the assumption of maximum number of shares is Rp.203.10, - (two hundred and three point ten Rupiah).
Besides stated above, there are no amendments to the Other section on Previous Disclosure Information.
