The title of the thesis research plan is submitted by the student to the two supervisors. A copy of the proposal must be obtained from the Thesis Seminar Coordinator in semester VI. The final decision on the results of the Research Proposal evaluation is documented in the Proposal Feasibility Evaluation Report.
A copy of the research proposal feasibility assessment report is submitted to the seminar thesis coordinator. Providing guidelines for the procedure for discussing research proposals between students and thesis supervisors. Assessment of the Research Proposal takes place for 1 (one) hour under the supervision of the chairman of the Assessment Committee.

The mentioned student together with the Supervisory Committee and the Examination Committee will determine the day and date of the examination. After the completion of the examination process, the copy of the Research Feasibility Evaluation Proposal Report is submitted to SBAK within 7 (seven) days after the examination. The Thesis Supervisor and the Examining Committee stated that suggestions and corrections have been incorporated into the proposal.

The Thesis Seminar Coordinator appoints the Examining Committee and issues a letter requesting the processing of the seminar at SBAK. The grade awarded to the student by the examination committee and the supervisory committee is documented on the form for the evaluation of the results of the research seminar. The examination and supervision committee must evaluate students on the basis of the evaluation table, which is indicated in the evaluation form for the Research Results seminar. After the exam is completed, the head of the examination committee reconfirms the given grade and calculates all the grades of the examination and control committee and immediately publishes the result in the form of a letter grade.
The assessment of the examination and supervision committee is recorded on the report on the seminar and the slip for taking the exam. The form for taking the exam is received by the student as part of the obligation to complete the thesis. The evaluation of the individual examiner, the Report on the seminar exam and the Form Schedule of the exam for the thesis are submitted by the head of the seminar exam to the Academic Sub-Department with the form for submission of the document on the thesis.
The thesis' examination schedule is agreed upon by the student, the guidance committee and the assessment committee. The examination schedule for the thesis is determined after the result (grade) at the seminar is published on 16.2. The seminar assignment must be corrected if it is recommended by the supervisor or examiner as stated on the proposal correction form.
After correcting the proposal as stated on the proposal letter correction form, the student completes the proposal letter correction approval form. After the completion of the examination process, the copy of the Research Results Seminar Report is submitted to SBAK within 7 (seven) days after the examination. Declare that the aforementioned student has met the requirements set forth in the Educational Manual of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (documents attached).

An accepted scientific article must contain the student's name as first author with the members of the two supervisors and three examiners. Submitting an original ELPT certificate, legalized by Pusat Bahasa Unair 10. Submitting a CD in MS word format to SBAK. Should there be an error in writing the diploma certification based on the details given above, I would not ask for the diploma certification to be replaced.
