Judul : Penerapan Konsep Livable Street dalam Perancangan Kawasan Cibadak Culinary Night

Pedagang kaki lima seringkali memberikan kesan kumuh dan tidak teratur yang berdampak pada aspek keindahan dan kerapian kota. Padahal PKL merupakan aset potensial apabila dilakukan penataan. Seperti halnya PKL di kawasan Cibadak Culinary Night, yang kini menjadi kawasan kuliner yang semrawut.

Sangat disayangkan jika aset potensial tersebut tidak dilakukan penelitian, untuk itu dilakukan penerapan konsep Livable Street yang berfokus pada memberikan dampak positif bagi pejalan kaki. Penelitian mengenai penataan pedagang kaki lima yang telah dilalukan di kawasan lain mampu memberikan pengaruh pada kualitas fisik lingkungan terutama mampu meningkatkan keamanan, kenyamanan, keselamatan dan daya tarik. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis urban design melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, bahwa aspek desain dan lokasi belum mampu meningkatkan kelayakan Cibadak Culinary Night sebagai area yang livable, sedangkan aspek sosial dan budaya dan aspek perencanaan menunjukkan kondisi yang mampu meningkatkan kelayakan untuk menjadi livable.

Street vendors give the impression of being slum and disorganized which impacts the beauty and neatness of the city. Even though street vendors are a potential for structuring. Like street vendors in the Cibadak Culinary Tourism area, which is now a chaotic culinary area. It is very displayable if the assets of these assets are not researched, for that purpose the Livable Road concept is implemented which has a positive impact on pedestrians. Research on the arrangement of street vendors that have been carried out in other areas which can have an influence on the physical quality of the environment, especially those that can increase security, comfort, safety and attractiveness. The analytical method used is the urban design analysis method through a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the analysis, that the design and location aspects have not been able to improve the feasibility of Cibadak Culinary Night as a habitable area, while the social and cultural aspects and the planning livable.
