ABSTRAK

ISMA ASYAFA. Pengaruh Metode On The Job Training Dan Off The Job Training Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Klinik PKO Muhammadiyah Cileungsi. Di bawah bimbingan Hj. BERLIANINGSIH KUSUMAWATI. K,S.E., M.M.

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset utama dalam organisasi dan mempunyai peran yang sangat strategis didalamnya baik sebagai pemikir, perencana maupun pelaksana. Agar terciptanya kualitas kinerja karyawan yang tinggi perlu diadakannya peningkatan kerja yang oftimal serta pendayagunaan sumber daya manusia disegala sisi guna tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh on the job training dan off the job training terhadap kinerja karyawan Klinik PKO Muhammadiyah Cileungsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang karyawan dan teknik pengambilan sempel menggunakan sempel jenuh, responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang karyawan yang terdiri dari karyawan medis dan non medis. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik,analisis berganda, pengajuan hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. On the job training berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,003 artinya hipotesis diterima, dan off the job training tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dengan nilai signifikansi 0,780 artinya hipotesis ditolak. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi linier berganda on the job training dan off the job training berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam tingkat signifikansi 0,000.

ABSTRACK

ASYAFA ISMA. The Effect of On The Job Training And Off The Job Training Methods On The Employee Performance Of PKO Muhammadiyah Cileungsi Clinic. Under the guidance of BERLIANINGSIH KUSUMAWATI.

Human resources are the main assets in the organization and have a very strategic role in it both as thinkers, planners and implementers. In order to create a high quality of employee performance, it is necessary to carry out optimal work improvements and the utilization of human resources on all sides in order to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the effect of on the job training and off the job training on the performance of PKO Muhammadiyah Cileungsi Clinic employees. This research uses quantitative associative research.

The data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study were 32 employees and the sampling technique used a saturated sample, the respondents in this study were 32 employees consisting of medical and non-medical employees. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, multiple analysis, hypothesis submission and the coefficient of determination. On the job training has a partial effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.003 meaning the hypothesis is accepted, and off the job training has no partial effect with a significance value of 0.780 meaning the hypothesis is rejected. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis on the job training and off the job training have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000.
