Pada Tahun 2019, Wabah Virus Corona (Covid-19) mulai terdeteksi di Wuhan, China. WHO menyatakan penyakit tersebut sebagai Pandemi dan mulai masuk ke Indonesia pada 2 Maret 2020. Covid-19 merupakan bencana alam yang tidak wajar karena disebabkan oleh serangkaian kejadian tak wajar berupa wabah penyakit. Penyebaran Covid-19 berdampak pada Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Indonesia termasuk di Kota Medan. Adapun tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Perekonomian Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Medan.Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Medan dalam data terakhir Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Medan tahun 2020. Adapun yang di jadikan Sampel dalam Penelitian ini berjumlah 30 Unit Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah dengan 23 rincian Usaha Kuliner yang terdiri dari 10 Jenis Usaha Warung Nasi , 6 Jenis Usaha Cake and Bakery , 7 Jenis Usaha Cemilan Keripik serta 7 Unit Usaha Fashion yang terdiri dari 5 Jenis Usaha Fashion Hijab dan 2 Jenis Usaha Fashion Sepatu. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sektor Pendapatan berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Perekonomian Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Medan. Secara Simultan Sektor Pendapatan dan Sektor Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Perekonomian Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada masa Pandemi di Kota Medan. Sektor Pendapatan dan Sektor Tenaga Kerja memiliki Konstribusi Terhadap Perekonomian Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sebesar 54,8% sisanya sebesar 45,2% dipengaruhi oleh sektor lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini.

In 2019 the Corona Virus outbreak (Covid-19) was detected In Wuhan, China.
WHO declared the disease as Pandemic and began entering Indonesia on March 2,2020. Covid-19 is an unnatural disaster because it is caused by a series of unnatural events in the form of a disease outbreak. The sprcad of Covid-19 has an Impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) In Indonesia including in the City Of Medan. The Purpose of this find out the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Economy of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City. The Population in this study is Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises in Medan City in the latest data from the Medan City Cooperative and MSME service in 2020. The Samples in this study amounted to 30 Units of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises with 23 details of Culinary Business Consisting of 10 types of Rice Stall Business , 6 types of Cake and Bakery , 7 types of Chips Snack Business and 7 Fashion Business Units Consisting of 5 types of the Hijab Fashion Business and 2 types of Shoes Fashion Business. The result of the study show that the Income Sector has a Positive and Significant Effect on the Economy of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Medan City.
Simultaneously , the Income Sector and the Menpower Sector have a Positive and Significant Impect on the Economy of Micro , Small and Mediun Enterprises (MSMEs) during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Medan City.The Income Sector and the Menpower Sector have a Contribution to the Economy of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by 54,8% and the remaining 45,2% in influenced by of the sector that are not examined in the study.
