Abstrak
Judul dari proyek tugas akhir ini adalah “Perencanaan Dan Pembuatan Bisnis Carrot Chips
“Butter”(Tinjauan Aspek Produksi)”. Tujuan proyek secara umum yaitu untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Perencanaan dan Pembuatan Bisnis Carrot Chips “Butter”. Tujuan khusus yang ingin dicapai dalam proyek akhir ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bahan baku yang digunakan dan proses produksi Carrot Chips “Butter”. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses produksi Carrot Chips”Butter”. Untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah sekali produksi Carrot Chips “Butter”. Dan untuk mengetahui kendala beserta solusi dalam memproduksi Carrot Chips “Butter”. 4 Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan pada usaha ini ada yaitu, rencana persiapan proyek, rencana pelaksanaan proyek, rencana penyelesaian proyek, rencana pelaporan proyek. Hasil akhir produk ini adalah proses produksi yang berjalan selama 12 kali. Total biaya 12 kali produksi yaitu Rp.
545.000 dengan harga Rp. 7.000/pcs. Kendala yang dihadapi selama proses produksi yaitu wortel yang sudah di goring menyusut menjadi sangat kecil, sulit mencari wortel dengan ukuran yang besar dan harga murah dan wortel yang sudah di packaging masih terlalu banyak minyak. Solusi dari kendala yang dihadapi yaitu membeli wortel dengan ukuran yang besar, membeli wortel dipasar dengan harga yang lebih murah lumayan banyak wortel dengan ukuran yang besar, dan wortel yang sudah dogoreng harus didiamkan selama satu hari agar kadar minyak pada wortel berkurang.

Abstract
The title of this final project is Planing And Making Of Carrot Chips “Butter”(Review Of Production Aspect). The general purpose of the project is to find out how to plan and build a Carrot Chips “Butter” business. The specific objective to be achieved in this final project is to find out the raw materials used in the production process of Carrot Chips "Butter". To find out how the production process of Carrot Chips "Butter". To find out how much Carrot Chips "Butter" is produced. And to find out the obstacles and solutions in producing Carrot Chips "Butter". There are 4 implementation methods used in this business, namely, project preparation plans, project implementation plans, project completion plans, project reporting plans. The end result of this product is a production process that runs for 12 times. The total cost of 12 times of production is Rp. 560,000 at a price of Rp. 7,000/pcs. Constraints faced during the production process are carrots that have been fried to a very small size, it is difficult to find carrots with large sizes and low prices, and carrots that are packaged with too much oil. The solution to the problems faced is to buy carrots with a large size, buy carrots in the market at a cheaper price, quite a lot of carrots with large sizes, and carrots that have been fried must be left alone for one day so that the oil content of the carrots is reduced.
