Event Organizer Profile

Planning and organizing the successful business strategy seminar event in the new normal era Base On Webinar are activities which are under the management of Bengkalis State Polytechnic Student administration business international. The pioneer of goodness was formed on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, which has a core member of 1 student, all of whom are student beneficiaries, Siti Nurmarzidah student of the D-IV International Business Administration study as the head of the activity organizer in charge for the operational activities. The purpose of organizing this webinar is to spread positive energy to students nationally so that they become a more resilient, prestigious and contributing generation even in the new normal era.

The speaker for this webinar is Siti Nurmarzidah as one of the outstanding students of State Polytechnic of Bengkalis with different organizational experiences gained during the education process till semester 7, giving motivation, inspiration and tips to be the best student even in a covid- 19 pandemic situation.

Participants are an important element in the implementation of webinar events without participants, then the activity will not be able to be carried out in this webinar event participants included 100 participants consisting of student entrepreneurs and the general public. The criteria that a good speaker should possess can be seen from Table 4.2 as follows: Search for participants. The opening of Participant Registration is an important element in seminars, without the presence of participants the activities cannot be carried out.

The Master of Ceremony provided guidelines such as the rules that all webinar participants must follow. During the opening workshop, the participants were very active and very productive in the problems of how to do business in the new normal era. It can be seen in figure 4.6 that the seminar begins was opened by Siti Nurmarzidah as the Master of Ceremonies and leader of the seminar.

He then sent a link to access the zoom webinar for all participants via a WhatsApp group. And provided instructions such as rules that all participants of the Zoom Link Documentation Webinar must follow. Then we can see in Figure 4.6, which explains the agenda about successful business strategy in the new normal era, questions and answers to the speaker can be answered directly.

Next After the speaker finished answering questions from the participants, although Closing In The Event Seminar and the Head of Mahasiswi Administrasi Business Internasional State Polytechnic of Bengkalis to thank you for supporting this event till it is over. To give appreciation to the speaker award, upon completion of the seminar, the principal gives appreciation for the award by presenting the speaker's charter of awards sertificate and awards. Running a webinar event in an event is on the agenda. It is shown in figure 4.11 to give the speaker to the destitute society, the seminar for the activity is to plan the seminar and organize successful business strategy seminars in the new normal era, based on webinar, the head will pay the unpaid expenses.
