Supervisor : Wan Junita Raflah, B. Sc., M. Ec. Dev Student Institute : State Polytechnic of Bengkalis

This final project is entitled Planning and Production of Brazilian Nachos Cassava Leaves. The purpose of this final project is to determine the marketing strategy, marketing mix, constraints and solutions faced during the implementation of this final project. This final project uses 3 methods consisting of a project preparation plan, a project implementation plan, and a project completion plan. The results of the implementation of this final project, marketing strategy with the method of Segmenting, Targetting and Positioning. The marketing mix uses the 4P method:

Products in the form of Brazilian Cassava Leaf Nachos, Prices use the cost plus pricing method, social media promotion (Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram).

Product distribution through intermediaries and direct sales. The obstacle faced is the difficulty of finding a shop to sell Brazilian products. Cassava Nachos leaves, the solution is to implement a marketing and promotion strategy so that the product is sold optimally. The implementation of this final project starts from 17 September to 22 December 2020. The completion of the Brazilian Cassava Leaf Nachos project is sold at a price of IDR 8,000 / pouch with a profit of IDR 1,006,100.

By saying Allhamdulillah all praise and gratitude for the author, for the presence of Allah SWT, because thanks to His grace and guidance so that the author can complete the thesis with the title “Planning and Production Brazilian Cassava Leaf Nachos (Review Aspect of Marketing)”. This intends to complete one of the academic requirements to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in the department of Business Administration Study Program of International Business Administration, Bengkalis State Polytechnic.
