ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Ujian Nasional dan Indeks Prestasi merupakan hasil prestasi belajar yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat pemahaman seseorang dalam kegiatan belajar.
Permasalahan yang muncul adalah prestasi belajar pendidikan sebelumnya selalu dikaitkan dengan prestasi belajar seseorang pada pendidikan selanjutnya untuk dijadikan sebagai acuan. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan nilai UN dengan IP semester pertama di fakultas kedokteran Universitas YARSI tahun akademik 2015/2016 dan tinjauannya dari sudut pandang Islam.
Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan survey analitik secara cross sectional.
Populasi dan sampel adalah mahasiswa semester pertama fakultas kedokteran Universitas YARSI tahun akademik 2015/2016. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan total sampling dengan syarat memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Pengambilan data sekunder yaitu indeks prestasi dan SKHUN yang diperoleh dari arsip P2K (Pusat Pendidikan Kedokteran) Universitas YARSI.
Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Correlation Pearson.
Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara nilai UN dengan Indeks Prestasi semester pertama mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran Universitas YARSI tahun akademik 2015/2016 dengan nilai Correlation Pearson sebesar 0,400. Dari ke-enam mata pelajaran UN yang paling berhubungan dengan IP adalah pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan nilai Correlation Pearson sebesar 0,360.
Simpulan: Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara nilai UN dengan Indeks Prestasi semester pertama mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran Universitas YARSI tahun akademik 2015/2016.
Pandangan Islam terhadap pencapaian prestasi akademik yang baik sangat terkait dengan usaha dari diri masing-masing, tidak hanya usaha melainkan disertai juga dengan doa. Sebagaimana firman Allah SWT dalam QS. An-Najm (53):39-41 yaitu:“Dan bahwa tiadalah yang akan diperoleh manusia hanyalah sekedar hasil usahanya. Usahanya itu akan dilihat, kemudian akan diberikan padanya ganjaran sepenuhnya. Dan hanya kepada Tuhanmulah kesudahan (segala sesuatu)”.

ABSTRACT
Background: National examination and grade point is the result of learning achievement that purpose to know how far the level of someone’s understanding in learning activities. The problem that appears is the achievement of previous education is always associated with the learning achievement of a person in the next education that made as reference. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relation between the grade of national examination with grade point in the first semester at Faculty of Medicine YARSI University academic year 2015/2016 and Islamic view.
Methods: This study was done by analytical survey with cross sectional design. Population and sample are first semester students Faculty of Medicine YARSI University academic year 2015/2016. The sample was selected by using whole sampling with the inclusion and exclusion criterias as the requirement. Secondary data collection is the grade point and SKHUN obtained from the archive of P2K (Medical Education Centre) YARSI University. Data analysis was performed by Correlation Pearson Test.
Result: The result of the study, there is a significant relation between the grade of national examination with grade point in the first semester at Faculty of Medicine YARSI University academic year 2015/2016 with correlation pearson value is 0.400. The six subject of the national examination that most relate with grade point is the Indonesian Languange with a correlation pearson value is 0.360.
Conclusions: There is a significant correlation between the grade of national examination with grade point in the first semester at Faculty of Medicine YARSI University academic year 2015/2016. According to Islamic law, to reach a good achievement academic, it is closely related with effort from her/his self. As mentioned in QS. An-Najm (53):39-41:”And that there is not for man except that (good) for which he strives and that his effort is going to be seen, then he will be recompensed for it with the fullest recompense.
