Media pembelajaran Kahoot merupakan situs jasa media

pembelajaran berbasis permainan.

Metode Pemecahan Masalah

Metode Problem Solving → siswa belajar mencari solusi dari suatu permasalahan.

A. Latar Belakang

Tujuan utama dalam pembelajaran adalah siswa dapat memahami materi pelajaran.

Metode Problem Solving → siswa menganalisis suatu masalah sehingga meningkatkan proses aktivitas berpikir.

Berpikir Kritis → menyelesaikan masalah secara terstruktur, lebih mudah memahami materi pelajaran, dan berpikir logis.

B. Tujuan Penelitian

Meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan

menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Solving pada

mata mitigasi bencana alam dengan berbantuan media

aplikasi Kahoot.

C. Manfaat Penelitian

Membantu guru dalam proses pembelajaran, terkhusus dalam meningkatkan berpikir kritis

siswa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran pemecahan masalah

Bagi Guru

Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan santifik diharapkan dapat membentuk siswa lebih

berprestasi dalam lingkungan sekolah maupun luar sekolah

Bagi Sekolah

Sebagai sumber rujukan bagi peneliti dengan model pembelajaran Problem Solving

berbantuan media aplikasi Kahoot.

Bagi Peneliti Selanjutnya

D. Definisi Operasional

Problem Solving adalah pembelajaran yang memberikan stimulus kepada siswa terhadap suatu masalah sehingga dianalisis untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut.

Problem Solving

Kahoot adalah platform atau jasa yang berupa situs media pembelajaran berupa permainan. Kahoot dapat digunakan dalam bidang teknologi pendidikan.

Kahoot

Kemampuan untuk berpikir secara rasional, logis, dan berdasarkan data/faktual.

Menganalisis suatu permasalahan untuk dijadikan penilaian.

KAJIAN PUSTAKA

Pembelajaran Problem Solving menekankan pada proses keaktivan berpikir siswa untuk mencari solusi dari suatu permasalahan. Dengan berpikir kritis, maka siswa akan dapat mencari solusi berdasarkan data yang valid atau faktual.

Ariyanto (2018) berpikir kritis adalah mencariinformasi yang lebih mendalam dengan aktif berpikir dan secara teratur, sehingga akan membentuk informasi yang factual.

Pepkin (dalam Fery dan Budihardjo, 2014:2) Metode Problem Solving suatu model

pembelajaran yang melakukan pemusatan pada pengajaran dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang diikuti dengan penguatan keterampilan.

METODE

Model PTK (Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart)

• Perencanaan (Plan).

• Tindakan (Act).

• Observasi (Observation).

• Refleksi (Reflection).

Rancangan penelitian metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).

PTK → mencermati pembelajaran secara langsung di kelas.

Tujuan → memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan

meningkatkan proses hasil pembelajaran (model dan media yang lebih baik).

Siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Islam Al- Maarif Singosari Malang. Adapun jumlah siswa dalam kelas tersebut sebanyak 34 siswa.

C. Prosedur Penelitian

Mempersiapkan media pembelajaran, lembar observasi guru dan siswa, serta menyusun segala keperluan dan skenario pembelajaran yang akan dilakukan

Proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan RPP dan sintaks pada metode pembelajaran yang telah dibuat.

Selama berjalannya proses pembelajaran, peneliti melakukan pengamatan dengan mencatat kedalam lembar observasi.

Peneliti melakukan diskusi dengan observer dan guru pamong terkait kelebihan dan kekurangan terhadap proses pembelajaran yang telah

dilakukan.

Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian

adalah lembar soal tes, lembar observasi, dan

dokumentasi.

E. Teknik Analisis Data

Perhitungan Nilai

Nilai (N) =

(Skor perolehan)/(Skor maksimal) x 100%

Data kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa diperoleh dari hasil tes setiap akhir siklus.

• Memberikan skor terhadap masing-masing aspek kemampuan, sesuai rubrik penilaian kemampuan kritis/analisis siswa.

• Menjumlah skor untuk masing-masing soal.

• Menghitung nilai kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan

menggunakan Rumus.

Teknik Analisis Data

Menghitung rata-rata nilai siswa satu kelas setiap siklus, dengan menggunakan rumus sebagai berikut:
