Development of Economic Learning Model Integrated with Minangkabau’s Culture in Senior High Schools (SHS

This study aims to develop aneconomic learning model that isintegrated withthe Minangkabau culture in senior high school. The development of aneconomic learning model is integrated with the Minangkabau culture based on the cooperative learning model of the Student Team Achievement and Divisions (STAD) type. The method used is Research and Development using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation) development model.
Data collection techniques used observation, documentation, questionnaire and assessment of student learning outcomes in the form of tests. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive qualitative, descriptive statistics and comparative test. To find out the impact of aneconomic learning model that is integrated withthe Minangkabau culture an analysis was carried out by testing the hypothesis using a 2 x 2 factorial design using two-way of Anava. The results showed that the development an economic learning model that is integrated withthe Minangkabau culture had fulfilled valid, practical and effective criteria used to improve student learning outcomes and foster student cultural appreciation in economic learning. The validation results from experts and practitioners stated that an economic learning model that is integrated withthe Minangkabau culture was valid with a very valid assessment category. Practicality tests conducted with teacher and student respondents show the results that an economic learning model that is integrated withthe Minangkabau culture is practical to use. The results of the effectiveness an economic learning model that is integrated withthe Minangkabau culture showed that there were significant differences between the learning outcomes of students who studied with an economic learning model that is integrated withthe Minangkabau culture and students who studied without an economic learning model that is integrated withthe Minangkabau culture.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran ekonomi terintegrasi budaya Minangkabau di SMA. Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Ekonomi terintegrasi budaya Minangkabau didasarkan pada model cooperative learning tipe Student Team Achievement and Divisions (STAD).
Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner dan penilaian hasil belajar siswa dalam bentuk tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif, statistik deskriptif dan uji komparatif.
Untuk mengetahui dampak model pembelajaran terintegrasi budaya Minangkabau dilakukan analisis dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan desain faktorial 2 x 2 menggunakan Anava dua arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran ekonomi terintegrasi budaya Minangkabau sudah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan menumbuhkan apresiasi budaya siswa dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. Hasil validasi dari ahli dan praktisi menyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran terintegrasi budaya Minangkabau telah valid dengan kategori penilaian sangat valid. Uji kepraktisan yang dilakukan dengan responden guru dan siswa menunjukkan hasil bahwa model pembelajaran terintegrasi budaya Minangkabau telah praktis untuk digunakan. Hasil uji efektivitas model pembelajaran terintegrasi budaya Minangkabau menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran terintegrasi budaya Minangkabau dengan siswa yang belajar tanpa model pembelajaran terintegrasi budaya Minangkabau.
