PREFACE

Thank God I pray to the almighty God, because with his grace the preparation of the Final Project R&D entitled "Kiwi Peel Powder” can be completed in order to fulfill one of the requirements in completing D3 education at the Culinary and Pastry Academies Department, Ottimmo International.

During the making of this R&D project there are a Covid-19 Virus that make us stay at home and delayed the deadline of R&D, but the Author receive many helps and supports so that this project can finally complete it well. Therefore, the Author would like to thank :

1. To Chef Zaldy Iskandar as advisor, Thank you for all the guidance, teachings, and new sciences that I got from Ottimmo because of that I can finish this final project.

2. To Ryan Yeremia Iskandar as advisor, Thank you for all the guidance, teachings, and new sciences that I got from during the preparation of this final project.

3. To My parents who always support the author doing her R&D project

4. To My best friend who always support to doing R&D Project 5. All teaching lecturers at the Surabaya International Ottimmo

Academy for the knowledge, education, and knowledge that have been given to writers while sitting in college.

Finally, I as the author hope that this final project can be useful. The author also hopes that this thesis can be useful and that God Almighty provides protection for us all.
