This final project is a stage to carry out research that aims to determine the loading and unloading procedures for vehicles by PT Jembatan Nusantara Bengkalis Branch. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to prepare loading and unloading services in Bengkalis and what are the obstacles that occur in the procedure for loading and unloading vehicles and how to overcome them. The results showed that during the period 2021 to 2022 the results of the loading and unloading procedures for Ro-Ro vessels showed that not all the targets set by the company were achieved, one of which was during the supervision of activities in the port area. To support these loading and unloading activities, the procedure for loading and unloading vehicles is very necessary in this case, both in loading and unloading activities at the port and on the ship. When carrying out loading and unloading activities, there are many procedures that must be adjusted in advance with the cargo to be loaded or what type of vehicle will be loaded. loaded from the port from the fieldworker who knows how to predict the cargo that will be loaded on the ship as is the case with four-wheeled vehicles, 6-wheeled vehicles, and two or three-wheeled vehicles to avoid problems or unwanted things when carrying out vehicle loading and unloading activities. on a Ro-Ro ship.
