THE IMMERSION PROGRAM:A CASE STUDY OF INTERNATIONALIZATION PRACTICE AT SICHUAN UNIVERISTY

All courses were held on the Sichuan University campus, and upon completion of the program, the students could receive an official transcript and earn credits from Sichuan University. As the size of the UIP has increased rapidly over the past three years, the 2014 UIP was the largest mass faculty mobility program in China's universities today.

Findings

Apart from these three elements, there are some other supporting factors that contribute to the success of UIP. To support the development of the UIP, it needs a stable funding base to ensure the continuous, organic operation.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL DYNAMICS OF EFFECTIVE TEACHING

Personal verification of essential concepts

Is it some learning material that they want to dump in the minds of the students under your control. Or does the teacher have some seeds to sow in the fertile minds of the students in the front, not knowing exactly what will come from the teacher, and how it will come.

Dos and Don’ts

Punctuality of the teacher is a great disciplinary education that the students learn from the teacher. Students' minds should be gradually led to understand the essence of the problem.

To assess the validity and reliability of the performance test, a pilot study was conducted with a group of 100 students. The values calculated for the performance test in this study were closer to 0.50 as a desirable indicator of the validity and reliability of our assessment tool.

RESULTS and EXPLICATION

A positively high and significant relationship was observed between the performance test scores and cohesion levels of good and bad readers. An increase in students' scores on the reading comprehension performance test is strongly correlated with an increase in their scores on coherence and cohesion.
