Abstract
This final project research aims to find out the process of issuing liquid cargo manifests which are agencyed by PT Jayden Lintas Samudera, The formulation of the problem: how is the liquid cargo manifest issuance process, what documents are needed for liquid cargo manifest issuance and what are the obstacles in publishing liquid cargo manifest, how is the SOP regarding liquid cargo filling, The research was carried out for two months In May to June at PT Jayden Lintas Samudera, The results of research on the process of issuing liquid cargo manifests which were agencyed by PT Jayden Lintas Samudera when the ship entered the area Batam waters must be reported and must have a manifest out from the port before entering the Batam waters area, ship documents must be viewed carefully so that there are no mistakes when dealing with officers and when the ship sails must immediately report to the harbormaster officer that the ship has sailed.
