An investigation of the effect of TiO on duck eggshell membrane as a separator in supercapacitor applications. The photomicrograph Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) shows that TiO particles are uniform in size in all samples. At a concentration of 1% by weight, TiO particles covered the entire ber of duck eggshell membrane, but not many pores are formed, while at a concentration of 5%, the TiO particles fill the pores between the bers, making the pores between the bers become smaller and multiplied in number.

19/6/2020 Optical, structural and morphological properties of ternary thin film mixture of P3HT:PCBM:ZnO nanoparticles | Scientific.Net. Ternary blend of conjugated polymer, fullerene and inorganic nanoparticles has been intensively studied as active material for high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of hybrid organic-inorganic solar cells. The incorporation of two electron acceptor materials of organic fullerene and inorganic nanoparticles in hybrid with electron donor conjugated polymer is believed to greatly improve the PCE of solar cells by increasing the exciton dissociation efficiency due to an increase in the interface area between donor and acceptor materials where positive and negative charges separate.
We studied optical, structural and morphological properties of ternary thin lm containing blend of conjugated polymer poly(3-hexylthiophene (P3HT):fullerene derivative PCBM:zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NP) by measuring its optical absorption, crystal structure and lm surface morphology It has optical absorption below 370 nm and an average particle size of 40 nm as shown by TEM image. Ternary thin blends of P3HT:PCBM:ZnO-NP were prepared using the spin-coating method.
The UV-Vis spectrum of the thin film contains absorption peaks originating from the contribution of P3HT at wavelengths of 520 nm, 550 nm and 600 nm, from the contribution of PCBM at 260 nm and 330 nm and from ZnO-Nthsm at wavelengths of 70 these three materials were well mixed in the lms. In the present study, an attempt was made to synthesize ZnO/TiO and ZnO/TiO/CuO nanocomposites as photocatalysts for the degradation of organic pollutant (methylene blue) in aqueous solution under UV and visible light irradiation.
