REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE
The Concept of Speaking Performance
Delivery of messages can be in the form of writing, such as correspondence, or speech, such as chat or telephone. The kinds of knowledge that speakers bring to the speaking skill include extra-linguistic knowledge, such as background knowledge of topic and culture, and linguistic knowledge, including discourse knowledge, speech act knowledge, and knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and phonology.8. Linguistic knowledge often spans a line from the "big picture," such as knowledge of the way an anecdote typically unfolds, to the "small print," such as knowledge of grammar and vocabulary.
The Concept of Psychological Factors
There must be a commitment to greater dedication, sacrifice, discipline and quality (i.e., the component parts of the athlete's responsibility). The ability to make realistic evaluations of performance is critical to staying motivated in the pursuit of excellence despite poor performance or slumps in progress. The ability to set realistic goals, but challenge and stick to those goals, is one of the most important psychological behaviors of elite players.
The ability to set goals for both training and competition c) The ability to independently reinforce achievements d) The ability to set short, medium and long term goals e) The ability to set appropriate goals. There is no doubt that the ability to perform at the elite level depends, at least in part, on one's ability to overcome competitive psychological pressures. In fact, the ability to effectively cope with the performance environment and regulate arousal has long been associated with high levels of performance.
As argued by many theorists, the fear of making mistakes becomes one of the main factors of students' reluctance to speak English in. To overcome anxiety about improving students' speaking skills, it suggests that teachers should be more attentive to the anxiety that can be intense in students and find techniques that allow students to participate more in oral activities. . 20 Juhana, "Psychological factors that prevent students from speaking in the English class (A case study in a high school in the south.

RESEARCH AND DISCUSSION
Research Result
Based on the interviews with Marketing Class 1 tenth grade students, they believe that they are afraid of making mistakes when speaking English in public, the most important of which is the lack of vocabulary and the pronunciation is not good enough to speak in English from these two factors cause students' low ability to speak English. Based on the results of interviews with tenth grade students in Marketing Class 1, they feel shy when asked to speak in English in front of the class because some people have innate shyness and when asked to speak English, which by the way is a foreign language in Indonesia. Based on the results of the interviews with the tenth grade students of Marketing Class 1, they also felt uncomfortable when they had to speak in English first in public due to their incompetence.
Anxiety is also felt more by some students when speaking in public, such as in front of the class. Based on interviews with the tenth grade students of Marketing Class 1, they have low confidence in speaking English in public because previously students felt insecure when asked to speak English with their lowly wives. Based on the results of interviews with the tenth grade students of Marketing class 1, the student gives almost full attention and is willing to interact in English topics such as listening during the teaching learning process, paying attention and trying to speak in English when asked to do so to do with limited language skills their English.
This attitude can actually be one of the benefits of learning to speak English. An English teacher of 10th graders in a Marketing 1st class stated that students need to be made to understand that making mistakes is part of the learning process. The teacher stated that to overcome the shyness of speaking in front of the class that the students experience, the teacher usually conducts a role play when speaking in class.
Therefore, the teacher will first treat the students to advance with friends to practice speaking English and when they are used to advance in front of the class.
Discussion
This is because students tend to feel insecure when they find that their English skills are not good, so they are very embarrassed to speak in front of the class. Moreover, students tend to be afraid to speak English in front of the class because they feel difficult to express what they want to express based on their low English skills. Therefore, they find it difficult to boost their motivation to speak English with their peers at school or in front of the class, besides the low motivation is also caused by their poor English ability.
The solutions when the teacher discovered the problem of the students making mistakes is to get closer to the students making them believe and unafraid of making mistakes while learning to speak English. Another solution is to give the students the insight that making mistakes is part of the learning process. The solution when the teacher discovered the shyness problem of the students is to do role plays while practicing speaking in class.
The solution when the teacher found the students' problem by having low self-confidence is by providing the teacher's assistance. It is advisable for the teachers to motivate the students to speak actively in English. It is suggested that the teachers help the students to minimize the psychological factors that contribute negatively.
