ABSTRACT
In order to make a fair comparison of the scores obtained, a process of adaptation is required when using a scale in various cultural contexts.Several languages, including Indonesian, have been adapted versions of the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ). This study aims to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Indonesian Translation of Individual Work Performance Questionnaires (IWPQ). Using the Rasch Measurement Model, this study was conducted to produce empirical evidence regarding the validity and reliability of the IWPQ questionnaire. The research instrument used Individual Work Performance Questionnaires which consisted of three aspects, namely task performance, counterproductive performance, and contextual performance. The IWPQ uses a 5-poin likert scale response and has 16 items. The research respondents consisted of 181 employees in one of the Indonesian ministries with an online data collection process. The study used Winsteps Version 3.69.1.11 to conduct a Rasch analysis of the IWPQ to assess model fit, the unidimensionality of the subscales, and bias across individual factors. The results of the analysis show that the IWPQ has a high score in overall interaction between person and item (α= 0.94); person reliability (= 0.89); and item reliability (= 0.96). The separation item's value is 7.76, while the person's value is 2.83. It can be concluded that the Indonesian version of the IWPQ has good psychometric properties so that it can be used in research and assessment.
