Presentation for Indonesian Universities
Government of Indonesia scholarship scheme to fund Indonesian students on mobility program at top universities overseas.
● Undergraduate students spend up to one semester (approx. 16 w) at university partner to study, experience host country culture, and do practical assignments to hone their skills.
● Centrally managed by Directorate General of Higher Education, Kemdikbud (Ministry of Education and Culture or MoEC)
● Open for undergraduate students from all Indonesian higher education institutions.
Objectives:
● Facilitate Indonesian students to gain knowledge and skills
● exchange ideas and culture, and build network with their peers, academics, and international community overseas.
Indonesian citizen & active undergraduate student at local
university (Semester 4 to 7) Proof of English proficiency
(IELTS or TOEFL iBT Score) Nominated by participating
home university
Paid at cost directly through partner unis
Including living cost, insurance, and misc fees
Return economy class airfare from and to hos university’s city

Outbound students from universities under the Directorate General of Higher Education
Participating Indonesian Universities are expected to be able to:
● Provide required information, including active international undergraduate programs at own university, outbound mobility track record, and existing partnerships/ MoU with foreign universities
● Prepare, endorse, and if possible, shortlist qualified candidates for Indonesia International Student Mobility Program
● Provide internal pre-departure briefing and assist admitted students with necessary information
● Monitor students’ progress while studying at overseas universities
