Reviewer A: Author/s have selected important and interesting area of research because many Islamic countries are struggling to link madrasa education to scientific or traditional education system like Pakistan, Afghanistan etc. I believe findings of this study will help many Islamic countries to re-structure the madrasa education system. Although this paper is well written with interesting findings but some area need revision. Therefore, I suggest author/s to revise this manuscript based on below feedback. 1. Please explain the concept of madrasa education in the introduction section and also clearly discuss the study objectives. 2. In theoretical review, please add recent literature from 2016-2020 to provide clear picture about past study findings in this area. 3. Please only mentioned key results and findings in the "Results" section and shift all other detailed discussion in the discussion section. currently result section is too long whereas discussion section is too short. Normally, result are briefly explained in the result section and discussed in detail in discussion section. 4. Please move "Challenges and Problems in Madrasa Education Development" and "Policies and Programs That Need to Be Taken" Sections in the discussion section as well. 5. Authors have discussed practical implications in the recommendation section but theoretical implications are missing. Please change "recommendations" heading to "Implications" and clearly explain how this study findings contribute towards theory and practice.
