INTRODUCTION

Job Description

This practical work program is carried out at the Bengkalis Regency Regional Development Planning Agency for four months from 15 February 2021 to 30 June 2021.

There are many purposes of keeping important letters or documents, one of them as authentic evidence if needed in the future. In the practical work, the writer is tasked with archiving incoming and outgoing letters and other important documents. In case of correspondence, the writer is assigned to deliver the letter to the official office of Bengkalis Regency, the delivered letter is a meeting that will be held at the Bappeda office regarding the formation of a team to accelerate the integration of planning and implementation of Bengkali's Regency flagship program.

The writer is assigned to enter the 2021 Subdivision Work Plan and Budget (SRB) data from hard copy in Excel form. The data for the RKA Subdivision Program made relate to the work evaluation activities of regional apparatus, relating to the preparation of documents, relating to the coordination and preparation of the DPA-SKDP, relating to the coordination and preparation of reports on performance achievements and an overview of the realization of the performance SKDP. Printing is an activity of converting soft copy to hard copy that requires a tool in the form of a printer.

Continuing the data for the 2021 Sub-Division RKA Program (Bappeda Bengkalis Regency), which concerns the coordination and preparation of the DPA-SKDP. In the implementation of practical work activities, the authors found several obstacles and the authors had to find solutions to these obstacles so that the authors could solve the given task well and smoothly.

During the implementation of practical work, there are several obstacles, namely: Lack of office equipment such as copiers, because all parts of the photocopy are in the general section, and it is difficult to finish the work quickly, At the time of reviewing the budget plan , the wifi activity is slow and does not adjust, Lack of equipment such as computers in the general and staff areas, in addition to the available computers on.

The author also gives suggestions that could be useful for students who will be doing practical activities in the next period, namely prioritizing safety and health, making the best possible use of time, doing work to the best of your ability, thinking before acting, always being patient. and obedient and must learn to master all assigned tasks. There are several suggestions for a better company, namely when a company gives tasks involving high responsibility and high risk to internship students to be supervised, guided and taught the steps. Among them are when writing letters, recapitulating data, so that there are no mistakes in the entry, the impact can be felt by several parties, the solution to these problems is to make a review before the entry, so that there are no mistakes.

Suggestions for the Bengkalis State Polytechnic campus is that by holding this practical work, it can be used as an evaluation, and to provide supplies to students before carrying out practical work in accordance with the field or course material in accordance with the internship company.
