Reporting after five years unlimited stay-permit
The red tape for the stay permit is free of charge, but we are obliged to apply for a new two year multiple exit-reentry permit, fee being 1.750.000 Rp.
What is required (for someone married to an Indonesian spouse):
Formulir PERDIM 24 (ITAP)
Formulir PERDIM 25 (exit-reentry permit) Surat Permohonan dari Sponsor
Surat Jaminan dari Sponsor (dengan meterai 6.000 Rp) Fotocopy KTP Sponsor
Fotocopy Paspor, KITAP
Surat Pernyataan Integrasi (dengan meterai 6.000 Rp) Fotocopy surat nikah/akte nikah
Fotocopy Lapor Perkawinan (Kedutaan/DUKCAPIL) (This “legalisasi” is attached to my husband’s buku nikah)
Fotocopy Kartu Keluarga
Fotocopy akte kelahiran (untuk anak)
Surat keterangan Tempat Tinggal dari Disdukcapil (in my case I just had to show my Indonesian KTP) 1 Pasfoto (red background)
And then a pasport photo taken in the Kantor Imigrasi which will be put in the new KITAP, Plus the ten fingerprints
In Solo the ritual goes like this:
Drive to Kantor Imigrasi to get the forms
Next day drive to Kantor Imigrasi to hand in all the paperwork and be told when you can come back Come back to pay and take the photo/fingerprints
Come back to get the passport with new stamp for stay permit and exit-reentry permit plus the new KITAP
