Conclusion

Action research is an approach to solve the real problems and improve the quality of education by changing it practices and learning from the results of the changes.

Action research is a systematic learning that develop through a spiral of cycles namely planning, action, observation and reflection.

Action research is collaborative, it involves teacher, students and collaborator to improve or solve the problem found in teaching and learning process.

Action research used qualitative and quantitative method in collecting and analyzing the data.
