PERUBAHAN PERILAKU MAHASISWA PENERIMA BEASISWA BADAN AMIL ZAKAT NASIONAL (BAZNAS)

ABSTRAK
Peran lembaga badan amil zakat nasional di provinsi Kepulauan Riau memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat karena saat ini ada banyak program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang diberikan oleh badan amil zakat nasional kepada masyarakat provinsi Kepulaun Riau. Salah satu program rutin yang di laksanakan oleh Badan Zakat Nasional ialah program Kerpi Cerdas program penyaluran dana zakat untuk biaya pendidikan dan peningkatan prestasi bagi mahasiswa yang tidak mampu, putus kuliah, atau terancam putus kuliah. Tujuan Penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Perubahan Perilaku Mahasiswa Penerima Beasiswa Badan Amil Zakat Nasional. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan telah terjadi perubahan perilaku mahasiswa yang menerima Beasiswa Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi Kepulauan Riau perubahan perilaku itu terjadi karena proses interaksi antara individu dengan lingkungannya ini melalui suatu proses, yakni proses belajar. Perubahan yang terjadi bagi Mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi Kepulauan Riau juga tidak hanya di akibatkan oleh Sitimul yang di berikan akan tetapi juga perubahan perilaku dari negatif ke positis seorang mahasiswa juga menjadi dasar mahasiswa tersebut untuk mendapatkan reward (hadiah) atau reinforcement (penguatan) hal ini peneliti dapatkan dari wawancara mendalam yang peneliti lakukan bahwa perilaku yang positif, cara berpakaian yang syari, menjadi salah satu penentu mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan reward (hadiah) atau reinforcement (penguatan) dari badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang di lakukan dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa telah terjadi Perubahan perilaku pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi Kepulauan Riau setelah mendapatkan stimulus dalam hal ini Pembinaan dan juga ada unsur reward (hadiah) atau reinforcement (penguatan) sebagai penguat perubahan tersebut terjadi.

THE CHANGES OF STUDENTS' BEHAVIOR WHO RECEIVED THE NATIONAL ZAKAT AGENCY SCHOLARSHIP

ABSTRAK
The role of the national zakat charity agency in the province of Riau Islands has a very large impact on the community because currently there are many community empowerment programs provided by the national zakat charity agency to the people of the Riau Islands province. One of the routine programs carried out by the National Zakat Agency is the Kerpi Cerdas program, a program for distributing zakat funds for education costs and improving achievement for students who cannot afford, drop out of college, or are threatened with dropping out of college. The purpose of this research is to find out how the behavior changes of students who are recipients of the National Amil Zakat Agency Scholarship. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, there has been a change in the behavior of students who receive the National Amil Zakat Agency Scholarship for the Riau Islands Province. Changes that occur for students who are recipients of the National Amil Zakat Agency Scholarship for the Riau Islands Province are also not only caused by the stimulus given but also changes in behavior from negative to positive a student also becomes the basis for the student to get a reward or reinforcement. This is what the researchers got from in-depth interviews that the researchers did that positive behavior, the Islamic way of dressing, became one of the determinants for students to get rewards (gifts) or reinforcement (reinforcement) from the National Amil Zakat Agency of the Riau Islands Province. Based on the results of interviews conducted, it can be concluded that there has been a change in behavior in students receiving the National Amil Zakat Agency Scholarship for the Riau Islands Province after receiving a stimulus in this case coaching and there is also an element of reward or reinforcement as a reinforcement for these changes.
