Merujuk pada Pasal 27 POJK No. 33/POJK.04/2014 tanggal 8 Desember 2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa pada hari Senin, 10 Mei 2021, CIMB Niaga telah menerima surat tertanggal 10 Mei 2021 perihal pengunduran diri Sdr. David Richard Thomas dari jabatannya selaku Komisaris CIMB Niaga.
Adapun alasannyakarena beliau telah mengundurkan diri dari jabatannya sebagai Group Chief Risk Officer di CIMB Group dan demikian temasuk jabatannya pada anak perusahaan CIMB Group, keduanya terhitung efektif pada tanggal 31 Mei 2021.
Pengunduran diri tersebut akan disampaikan untuk memperoleh keputusan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham CIMB Niaga yang akan datang.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Referring to Article 27 POJK No. 33/POJK.04/2014 dated 8 December 2014 regarding the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby inform you that on Monday, 10 May 2021, CIMB Niaga received a letter dated 10 May 2021 regarding the resignation of Mr. David Richard Thomas from his position as Commissioner of CIMB Niaga.
As for the reason is due to he has tendered his resignation as Group Chief Risk Officer at CIMB Group and including his position at CIMB Group's subsidiary both which will take effect on 31 May 2021.
The resignation will be submitted to obtain a resolution at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders of CIMB Niaga.
