Yagang (1994) summarized the four sources of listening comprehension problems as “the message,” “the listener,” “the speaker,” and “the physical environment.” The first research question was about the problems related to the content of the listening text.

An Analysis of Grammatical Use

Process of acquiring English grammar on speaking students of Thailand

It is related to this research theory used that the processing of second language acquisition in an adult is a need-responsive condition related to the learning context, such as the use of different methods to acquire the second language, mainly English grammar, to improve this research. Moreover, Rod (1997) reports that the internal factor in second language acquisition had five aspects: high motivation, intelligence, ability and age.

Type of English grammar use in speaking

The table shows that she understands what grammar to use in relation to the context of the question. The second question in the interview from the researcher asks her to describe her family in Thailand. The last question of the interview about her experiences, why she wants to study in Indonesia.

In addition, when pronouncing a second language according to grammatical rules, one unconsciously learns some grammatical structures in the main aspect, such as phonology, morphology, context syntax. In addition, the fluent use of grammar in speaking reduces language interference in the mutual transmission of some information, even though the result of the interview unconsciously used her first language. It means that mother tongue interference is learned from the first language into the second language.

Language is the most important means of communication in human life in this world; it is a speech about thoughts and feelings of someone that is regularly used for communication between community members. Therefore, acquiring a second language, a second language that can only be acquired and mastered through conscious and purposeful learning. Using grammar in speaking makes it structured and understandable to the context in the main aspects such as phonology, morphology and syntax of the context.

Derivational Affixes Found on Instagram Post of @Poemsporn Miftah Karisma Wulan Andadari 1 ,

Attaching suffixes can change the meaning of the root, but not the class word. Another study in the form of an article was proposed by Siboro E. 2020) entitled "Morphological analysis of derivational affixes in the Rapunzel story of the Brothers Grimm". Each of the derivational additions would be followed by an explanation of the word's function and meaning.

The word found above means not to pay for something good done by best friend. The word "best" is described as the word "feeling" because it is the core in that sentence. In addition, the word found is combined from two morphemes such as free morpheme which is the root of a word "feel" and the suffix (-ing) is included in bound morpheme.

A word consists of two morphemes, the first is "eventual", which is a free morpheme, and the second morpheme "(-ly)", which is a bound morpheme. The general meaning of the suffix (-ful) is filled with a noun, which is the beauty in the found word. Muhammad Sofian Hadi 2 , Firliani Azka Dwinanda 3

Speaking skills are becoming one of the most important skills needed by all people in this world, especially students. The implementation of the learning process in Indonesia for speaking skills still lacks strategy. Previous research, Kanfush and Jaffe (2019) “Using video modeling to teach a meal preparation task to individuals with moderate intellectual disability.” The finding is that video modeling is an effective instructional strategy for teaching meal preparation skills to adolescents with moderate or severe disabilities.

Based on the previous research, the authors want to use "English with Lucy" YouTube channel to teach students' speaking skill. English with Lucy” is the YouTube channel published by Lucy as a YouTube channel owner. According to Kheidar (2017), YouTube videos can improve students' speaking skills, not only oral performances, but also encourage the teacher in learning process.

The pre-test was conducted on 3 September 2020 to get to know their basic speaking skills. The researcher proposed the hypothesis as follows: Alternative hypothesis (Ha): "English with Lucy" YouTube channel has impact in teaching speaking skill. Students' perceptions of using a YouTube channel specifically designed for an Academic Speaking course.

Therefore, the researcher conducted an analysis of the movement of ideas based on the use of cohesive devices and the logical order of ideas or themes in the analysis of progression. In the analysis, there were four summaries of diploma theses of higher classes, which were analyzed by the researcher. Second, the extended parallel progression that was in effect in article number (8) and (11) in the HA 4 summary, as the theme of "lecturers" recurs in non-sequential article number (11):. C8).

Fourth, the extended sequential progression used in abstract HA 3 when the subject in clause number (8), “students,” refers to the students mentioned in clause number (6) as rhema:. The topic in clause number (3), “Design of this study”, discusses and explains the design used in the research or study. The topics in clause number (10) and (11) are arranged in a logical way because the topic "Solution" answers the previous clause which said that the students faced some obstacles.

In the analysis, there were four abstracts from lower grade theses analyzed by the researcher. In point number (3), the topic "The problem of this study" is considered not logically ordered since the writer directly discusses the problem when there was no discussion about the study before. In the analysis of the progression, the coherence of the abstracts was analyzed by the progressions of the theme of the topic based on the Thematic Structure Analysis, which included parallel progression, extended parallel progression, sequential progression and extended sequential progression, also based on the movement of ideas and ordering logic.

Grammatical Mistakes: What Is the Problem Now?

Ingatan Gulö 1 , Dwi Budi Setiawan 2 , Lita Sari 3

Compared to the results of the survey conducted in 2016, the students made a lot of progress, as most of the types of grammatical errors they made were not present in the present data. As Richards (1972) suggests, first language interference is a major factor in this. Compared to the findings of the first survey (Widianingsih & Gulö, 2016), there is no significant difference, as the incidence is still high.

Here we can definitely mention that the data source of the former is only one assignment per student. In contrast, the data source of this research comprises four different summaries of each student. Students used simple forms of verbs and did not see grammatically correct options.

The last point to be presented here is related to how the students realized the subjects of the sentences they made. In both cases, one of the two must be omitted to make the sentences grammatical. The results also show that the Indonesian language background is the main reason for the errors found in the data.

The Challenges using Microsoft Office 365 in teaching online classroom during the Pandemic

Some of the challenges in using Microsoft Office 365 to teach in online classrooms are the operation of the application itself and finding the appropriate materials to get students' attention during the online class. It is very special that some teachers still have some problems while teaching students to use Microsoft Office 365. Problems that often occur in my class are that students do not understand well how to use the application, so I have to use time to guide them.” .

Some students do not even have a mobile phone, they usually use their parents' mobile phone and cannot go to classes according to the timetable because they have to wait for their parents.” Some teachers still struggle to teach online classes due to external factors such as students not having personal devices, insufficient teacher equipment to access Microsoft Office 365, and network limitations that are still commonly experienced. It is quite difficult to conduct online classes because the students are lazy and difficult to communicate with.”

Although Microsoft Office 365 offers many benefits, educators must continue to discover which materials are suitable and compatible with Microsoft Office 365 itself. Moreover, teachers should know which method and technology can support the classroom and make students more enthusiastic during online learning. In an online classroom, students sometimes get bored quickly while learning with the application.

Therefore, teachers should motivate their students to learn from home and always convince their parents to support their children in online learning during the pandemic. Therefore, teachers are expected to provide their best way to teach online classes through Microsoft Office 365 in a way that is no less effective. The success of the online learning process depends on the teacher and how the teacher can adapt to the actual classroom situation and control the students during the learning process.

Teachers need to be more creative in developing their teaching methods in their online classes. Although teaching using Microsoft Office 365 is one of the best options, teachers have to adapt to new schedules and new learning methods to teach their students in online classes. Teachers need to think about how to prepare themselves to effectively teach their students in online classes.

We know some of the above challenges that encourage teachers to find their best strategies for delivering their online classes during the pandemic. Using Microsoft Office 365 as a medium for teaching online classes is probably the most suitable alternative in this pandemic situation, since face-to-face learning is not possible.
