ANALYSIS OF KERUPUK KEMPLANG PERFORMANCE AND ADDED VALUE
OF KERUPUK KEMPLANG AGROINDUSTRY CENTER IN SKIP RAHAYU BUMI WARAS SUBDISTRICT

This research aims to analyze the performance of production and the added value of the products kerupuk kemplang agroindustry in Skip Rahayu, Bumi Waras Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung. The research used a survey method on Skip Rahayu Agroindustry Center in Bumi Waras Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung. The location was determined purposively with the consideration that the area is the production center of kerupuk kemplang agroindustry in Bandar Lampung. The samples in this study are 13 kerupuk kemplang agroindustry owners that are randomly selected disproportionately. Research conducted from March to April 2021 and the data analysis method used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis and analysis of added value. The study results are: 1) kerupuk kemplang agroindustrial performance based on productivity aspect, capacity, quality, speed of delivery, and the speed of the process has been good, while based on the flexible aspects are not optimal, (2) the added value generated is positive between Rp11.363,68-Rp18.135,45 so that the kerupuk kemplang agroindustry in Skip Rahayu, Bumi Waras Subdistrict is feasible to cultivate.

ANALISIS KINERJA PRODUKSI DAN NILAI TAMBAH AGROINDUSTRI KERUPUK KEMPLANG DI SENTRA PRODUKSI
KEMPLANG SKIP RAHAYU KELURAHAN BUMI WARAS KECAMATAN BUMI WARAS BANDAR LAMPUNG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja produksi dan nilai tambah agroindustri kerupuk kemplang di Sentra Produksi Skip Rahayu, Kecamatan Bumi Waras, Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei pada Agroindustri Kerupuk Kemplang di Sentra Produksi Skip Rahayu, Kecamatan Bumi Waras, Bandar Lampung. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa Sentra Produksi Skip Rahayu merupakan sentra produksi kerupuk kemplang di Bandar Lampung.
Jumlah responden yaitu 13 pelaku agroindustri kerupuk kemplang yang diambil secara acak tak proporsional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Maret – April 2021 dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan analisis nilai tambah. Hasil penelitian: (1) kinerja agroindustri kerupuk kemplang di Sentra Produksi Kemplang Skip Rahayu Kelurahan Bumi Waras Kecamatan Bumi Waras berdasarkan aspek produktivitas, kapasitas, kualitas, kecepatan pengiriman, dan kecepatan proses dapat dikatakan baik, sedangkan berdasarkan aspek fleksibel belum optimal, (2) agroindustri kerupuk kemplang di Sentra Produksi Kemplang Skip Rahayu Kelurahan Bumi Waras Kecamatan Bumi Waras memberikan nilai tambah terhadap tepung tapioka yang positif yaitu antara Rp Rp11.363,68-Rp18.135,45 sehingga agroindustri kerupuk kemplang layak untuk diusahakan.
