Abstract
This study empirically explores the relationship between three important decisions in financial theory and the business organization goals for 18 companies incorporated in the LQ-45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the periods 2010-2017. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of investment opportunities, dividend policy and financial decision on firm value and to examine the contribution of corporate governance in moderating the effect between investment opportunities to firm value. This study employs panel data regression through Eviews 9 program specification methodology. The results of the panel data regression analysis indicate a positive and
significant relationship between investment opportunities, financial decision, and firm value. The results also indicate that corporate governance has a significant negative moderating effect on investment decision to firm value. © 2018 International Strategic Management Association. The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scienti c in uence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scienti c in uence of the average article
This indicator counts the number of citations received by documents from a journal and divides them by the total number of documents published in that journal. The chart shows the evolution of the average number of times documents published in a journal in the past two, three and four years have been cited in the current year.

Russian Banking in the Global Economic System: Historical Experience of Integration (1991-2017)
Vitaly F. Ershov
1Abstract:
The article is devoted to the integration of Russian banks into the world financial market in 1990-2010. The goal of the study is to explore the impact of globalization processes on the infrastructure and technological development of Russian banking institutions and the nature of their activity in the international economic space.
The work was prepared within the concept of multipolarity of the modern world coupled with the theory of modernization development of the global civilization in the XXth-XXIst centuries.
The author concludes that in the 1990s the Russian banks that had no abroad experience were significantly influenced by international financial corporations, which sought to strengthen their positions in the Russian stock market and to maximize the use of Russian investment resources.
The policy of strategic regulation, legal and technological modernization of the banking sector, which Russia began to implement on the cusp of the XXth-XXIst centuries, promoted the growth of the stability and competitiveness of Russian banks. At the same time, Russian financial institutions were integrated into the system of interbank cooperation between Eurasia and BRICS countries, while bilateral investment cooperation with China and India expanded.
In the context of global financial markets’ instability and the economic sanctions imposed by the U.S. and the European Union on Russian financial institutions in 2014-2015, major Russian banks continue to operate in the global economic space relying on international law, mutually beneficial partnership in the BRICS and SCO system, and the newest banking technologies.
Keywords: Contemporary history of the world economy, globalization, financial markets,
Russian banks, Russian-Chinese cooperation, Russian-Indian cooperation.

Geographical Economics and Income Disparities Across
Ecuadorian Regions: Analysis for the period 2007-2014

2Abstract:
This paper focuses on the analysis of the role played by market potential in the spatial income structure observed in Ecuador over the period 2007-2014.
Based on the geographical economics theory we derive the so called nominal wage equation which establishes a relationship between nominal wages and a distance weighted sum of the volume of economic activities in surrounding locations which is usually known as market potential.
The estimation of this equation using Ecuadorian provincial data over the period 2007- 2014 reveals that market potential plays a crucial role in explanation of the spatial distribution of per capita income. The results of our estimations are robust to the potential endogeneity problems of market potential which have been dealt with by using historical values of market potential and instrumental variables.
Finally, we have also discovered a potential channel that could be affecting the spatial structure of per capita income in Ecuador, which is human capital.
Keywords: Provincial Disparities, Spatial Structure of Income, Market Potential, Ecuador.
