LO 3: Assess the system of epidemiology and surveillance in controlling, preventing strategic, bio-products, bio- safety, bio-security and bio-materials from animals causing zoonotic diseases to eliminate them

7. Achievement of Course Learning After being got lecture for one semester, veterinary medicine students are expected to explain about:

- "One Health" concepts & history of birth and function & relationship between OIE - FAO - WHO - Cause, source & method of transmission, and doings to prevention zoonosis.

- Cause, source & method of transmission, and doings to prevent prevention emerging & re-emerging of zoonosis

8. Course Description This course discusses about the history of zoonotic diseases, definitions & classifications of zoonotic, emerging & re-emerging of zoonosis, zoonotic prions, zoonotic bacteriil, zoonotic viral, zoonotic parasite, chlamydial & zoonotic rickettsial.

Assessment is given based on the results of the quiz test after the 4th lecturer, the results of the midterm exam, assignments by structured group given before the final exam, results of final exam, and soft skill
