Strategic Architecture of Function and Role for the Development Planning Board in Bogor Local Government Year 2007-2011.

The purposes of this study were :
(I)
Discribing and analyzing external and internal factors in order to raise the planning quality in organization; (2) Designing strategic architecture for the next five years. This study used descriptive method through case study. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. The sample was taken through purposive sampling toward management of Bappeda and stakeholders.The data obtained were analyzed by delphi's technique for external and internal matrix.
Analyzing IE niatrix is used to obtained more detailed business strategy formulation in corporate level. Determining the industry foresight which related to vision and mission.
Determining the gap between the present condition and the future condition using the gap analyzing. Developing targets base on industry foresight and the gap analysis and building the strategic architecture base on the result of company targets and cor~orate - strategy.
The result of this study that the strategic architecture for the next five years from market penetration strategies are:

Improvement and review internal condition; (2) Change the role and funcfion of Human resource planner capabilities. Strategic architecture horn market development strategies are :(I)
Research and development in planning mechanism; (2) Monitoring basic need of regional planning; (3) Developing capabilities of planning product; (4) improvement synergism among sector and stabilization on making cooperation with other district.http://www.mb.ipb.ac.id
