Speech anxiety is one of the most important affective variables affecting foreign language learning, and often has a detrimental effect on students' oral performance of English. Difficulty speaking in class is the most frequently cited concern of anxious foreign language learners who seek help at LSC. 9 avoidance behavior, it is important to find out the causes of foreign language anxiety and reduce the unwanted effects in foreign language teaching in order to create a classroom with low anxiety for students.18.

The fear of negative evaluation is an extension of the second component (touch anxiety) of second/foreign language anxiety, as it is not limited to test-taking situations but can occur in any social, evaluative situation, such as job interviews for a job or speaking in the second/foreign language class.

Saputri, (2017), in her thesis, "Students' Speaking Anxiety in Impromptu Speech Performance in Class I Speaking Group 2017".
In this study, the researcher tried to find out the factors and types of anxiety that cause students' anxiety while speaking English.
Theoretical Framework
In his thesis An Analysis on the English Speaking Anxiety of the Third Semester Students’ of English. With the above explanation, researchers get the same view of. In relation to the results above, the researcher concludes that there is a connection between anxiety and speaking English, and also different strategies to deal with students' anxiety in speaking English. Based on the theoretical framework, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research to analyze the factors and types of students who speak anxiously.
According to Nunan, speaking English produces speech sounds and patterns; the use of word and sentence stress, intonation pattern and the rhythm of the right social environment, audience, situation and topic; organize their thoughts in a meaningful and logical sequence; use language as a means of expressing values and judgments; and uses the language quickly and confidently with few unnatural pauses, which is called fluency41. This type of anxiety includes trait anxiety, state anxiety, and specific situational anxiety.43 Various types of anxiety occur due to various reasons, including communication anxiety, test anxiety, and fear of negative evaluation.

Findings of the types of students' fears in English language classes among the tenth grade students of MAN 3 Madiun and the tenth grade students of MAN 3 Madiun. Based on observation and interview with the subject of the study, the researcher discovered the types of anxiety among tenth grade students of MAN 3 Madiun when speaking English. Based on the results of the researcher's observations at MAN 3 Madiun, it is known that many students in class X of B MAN 3 Madiun feel anxious when they practice speaking in front of their classmates.
The types of anxiety students have when practicing speaking in front of the class are very different. Based on the observation and interview with the subject of the study, the researcher found the types of anxiety in the tenth grade students of MAN 3 Madiun in speaking English. In this type of trait anxiety, students feel anxious when practicing speaking in front of the class.
When the tenth grade students of B MAN 3 Madiun are asked to take turns to practice speaking in front of the class.

CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
Conclusion
These types of anxiety in class X students speaking English at MAN 3 Madiun are divided into three types. This fear arises because students lack self-confidence and cannot fight their innate traits, such as shyness and self-esteem. This state anxiety occurs when students feel anxious during speaking practice due to external factors, as opposed to trait anxiety which is caused by internal factors.
Tenth grade B students at MAN 3 Madiun who experience this type of anxiety at first feel calm when practicing speaking, but start to feel anxious when the classroom situation becomes chaotic, chaotic or laughs a lot. There are three factors that cause students' anxiety to speak English in the tenth grade of B MAN 3 Madiun. In addition, they are not used to using English in communication, so they do not understand communication and interaction in English.
This factor occurs when students want to practice speaking because of the fear of negative reactions from students or teachers, and this factor occurs because students often respond negatively to their friend who makes mistakes or mistakes in speaking practice.
