CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

Conclusion

This shows that they lack the ability to be creative, innovative and critical in overcoming problems. In addition, we have divided the obstacles faced by students in the implementation of independent learning activities in the lessons of writing lessons into several obstacles. This is also a result of the difficult access to Internet signals, as a result of which the lecturer's voice suddenly stops while explaining the learning material through the e-learning platform during the course of online learning.

The teacher's voice also often falters when explaining the subject matter, making it sound unclear, and the subject matter is also difficult to understand. Third, students receive too many assignments from teachers, which prevents students from managing and managing their time as effectively as possible. Fourth, there is sometimes a feeling of laziness in learning and procrastination in completing assignments due to bad influences from classmates.

They also have a poor sense of responsibility, discipline and hard work, although these are important things in independent learning. They are unable to properly handle the problems they face during the independent study in the online writing class.

Suggestions

Usually the lecturers deliver the material via google meet and we are usually absent via whatsapp, but there are indeed some obstacles and limitations in the process of online teaching and learning.” In my opinion, learning to write online is not optimal because there are some materials that I do not understand.” During the online process, students are required to be more active in teaching and learning activities, but the negative effect is that some students really need direct guiding the lecturer so that they can absorb the material.

So far, for the teaching materials given by the lecturers, there are powerpoints, journals and some are given live during our Zoom meeting. Another impact is that when I lose my signal during the learning process through Google Meet, there are some materials that cannot be received clearly." There are many negative impacts, one of the impacts is that the material we are looking for does not match the RPS sheet given by the lecturer or even the tasks given are not compatible with the teaching material we study.".

The good effect is that there are some friends with whom we can discuss the material that I don't understand, which makes the material easier to understand, and the bad effect is that there are friends who just want to see the results without participating in the discussion. , I think this is only useful for one customer”. There are positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that we can exchange ideas and sometimes work together on tasks. A positive influence is having friends who share learning materials, such as links to educational journals or e-book exchanges.

How do you feel when you find that there are differences with your classmates in terms of the results of the tasks you completed or even the teaching materials in the writing class?". In addition, there are many other tasks that have piled up so that I forget to do the task. Sometimes there are lecturers who do not tolerate me if I do not complete the assignment or even finish it late, so that the results of my assignment become messy".
