If you have not received your W-2 tax
form for 1979, and should have received one, please notify Mrs. Carmen Sucre at the Tivoli so that she can request it from the SI Payroll Office.
• A.l STRI employee that has Mutual of Qnaha Health Insurance, and does not have the yellow identification card, replacing the old blue one, should send his/her old card to Mrs. C. Sucre so that she can issue for this employee one of the new cards.
The new yellow identification card is also good for admittance to Gorgas Hospital; an additional card is not necessary.
ARRIVALS
February 23 - Dr. and Mrs. Frank Fisk, Ohio State University, for one week Dr. Fisk will be consulting with Dr. Wolda in reference to their joint research on cockroaches. The Fisks will also be visiting STRI facili-' ties.
February 24 - Mr. and Mrs. Bertrand Taylor.
Mrs. Lisa Taylor is the Direc- tor of the SI Cooper-Hewitt Museum of Decorative Arts and Design in New York City. The Taylors will be here one week.
Also arriving is Mr. Edward Rivinus, Director, SI Press
(as was previously announced).
