SWISS GERMAN UNIVERSITY

Career advancement or job promotion is one of the most important turn of event for employees. Promotion is being affected by many factors that in the end might influence the management decision for rendering it to employees. This research concentrates on the matter with a bigger frame and not taking employee’s qualifications to predict or finding correlation to career advancement. That being said, the research only focuses on the designated company’s own conditions and environment or system to be inducted as the independent variables. By using SPSS software to measure the correlation with multiple regressions method, 60 samples have been collected as the questionnaire respondents which are the employees of the company. Processed with various tests, the result concluded that working conditions and work environment of Amanjiwo indeed showed a correlation towards the career advancement itself. However, working conditions do not correlate with the situations of career advancement in Amanjiwo in which leaves only to work environment to answer some of the research questions and objectives.

Keywords: Career Advancement, Working conditions, Work environment, Promotion, Qualifications.
