Research Subject
The researcher implements the teaching and learning activity using visual media in 5 meetings including pre-test and post-test in each cycle. There are two types of speaking tests in this research, pre-test and post-test. Pre-test is before implementation of the media, while post-test is given after implementation of the image media.
From this activity, the researcher can take score with and check the improvement of students' speaking skills. Three out of four aspects are the basics when evaluating speaking ability, but confidence is important because both teacher and researcher want the student to become confident to deliver their speech in front of the class. In this case, the researcher made observation to get the information about the condition in the teaching learning process.
The researcher used the observation about the classroom situation during teaching the learning process, the students' participation, the students' enthusiasm during the learning process, and their courage during the speaking lesson. First, the researcher can ask students questions about the use of media in the classroom, and then move on to the benefits of the media. The documentation that would be used was the lesson plan, visual media, student speaking score, and classroom situation.

In each meeting, the researcher planned to present a picture medium of paper pasted on cardboard to attract students' attention in learning English. In the main activity, the researcher provided an image related to the material, then the students performed an oral presentation based on the image medium. Based on the presented results of the interviews, the researcher must change the form of the used medium.
To make it different from cycle 1, the researcher makes media in the form of a poster. Here, the researcher wanted to have more development of students' speaking results than the previous part. In the main activity the researcher provided photo media related to the material and they performed in the presentation based on picture media.
The researcher began the lesson by greeting, praying, checking attendance, providing motivation, and reviewing final material related to the next material. Based on the above interview, the researcher can see that the media can be used successfully. Based on the result of posttest 2, the researcher can report that there has been an improvement in the student's speaking skills.
Discussion
From all the calculations above, the researcher could interpret using situation image improvement in students' speaking skills. After that, the researcher asked the students to describe something in front of the class with preparation to make them more prepared to present. After the preparation was completed and they were ready to present in front of the class, the researcher checked the students' vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and fluency.
At the end of the activity, the researcher and the students reviewed or completed the material that day. From the data obtained, the researcher concluded that students were more confident when using media in class, students could answer the teacher's questions, students tried to ask questions to clarify understanding, students felt enthusiastic about doing the task, and students gave a good attitude and response. during the teaching process. Practice in English language teaching and with visual media makes students more happy and interesting to participate in the lesson.
The result of this research showed that there was improvement in students' speaking ability using situational photography as teaching and learning media. In the second cycle, the students' result was 86.6%, which means that the success criterion (75%) was successfully achieved. Based on the students' response within the interview that the classroom situation changed after the researcher implemented photo media, they were happy to learn English especially speaking.
Conclusion
This chapter describes the conclusions obtained from the preliminary study, post-test1 and post-test2, and the improvement of students' speaking skills through the use of situational imagery. Therefore, the above result showed that the students' speaking skill can improve by using Picture Media.
