This changed status of the institution was made possible by the large increases in state appropriations planned by the administration. The instructional courses are designed to cover all the most modern phases of scientific education in the field of ceramic technology and engineering. Emphasis was placed on ceramic arts and the school was particularly distinguished for its training in fine ceramics. However, the year 1932 marked a transition in the institution's career.
This changed status of the institution was made possible by large increases in state aid planned by the government. The instructional courses are designed to cover all the most advanced phases of scientific education in the field of ceramic technology and engineering. The objectives of the Board were set out in the legislative decree that provided for the establishment of JTS.
Therefore, the development of the highest possible degree of professional ability on the part of the graduates is the main task of the institution. He solves the problems himself, but he does so with the help and cooperation of the faculty. Good citizenship as well as professional skill is an objective of the entire cuucalionaJ program.
