About the author
The interview dates vary from hospital to hospital, often depending on the popularity of the hospital. It may help to make a photocopy of the form so that you can work on the layout of your answers. When stage 2 of the application process is successful, you will be selected for an interview.
It is advised that you practice all questions, regardless of the sector in which you attend an interview. It will be a good idea to get a good night's sleep the night before the interview so that you are fresh to take on the challenge of the interview. If you have more than one piercing, try to be professional in how you present this on the day of the interview.
There are also a few organizations that you should be aware of and have an idea of the work. Office of Fair Trading (OFT) report: search for this in Pharmaceutical Journal - what is OFT. If someone in a team dominates the rest of the team, how would you handle this.
It is important to constantly remind team members what the end goal is. As mentioned before, if you are unsure, present each side of the argument and try to be diplomatic. What are the main grass/dust factors you will look at before the process.
As a pharmacist you will either be an employee of the NHS (as in hospital) or you will receive a subsidy for providing an NHS service (community pharmacy). You should have a clear understanding of the structure of the NHS (this is taught in most pharmacy courses). If you are in a pharmacy with technicians training you a lot of the time, how will you react.
And remember, you promised the nurse and the person on the other end of the phone that you will get back to them, so make sure you do. It is important to me to make my views known to all members of the team. How do you think your role will change from the beginning of the year to the end of the pre-reg year.

I gained good knowledge of the business and management of the pharmacy retail sector. I have worked in various companies and gained management and people skills as well as marketing and advertising skills in the retail sector. I am hoping for a job in the health sector that will further my ambition to have a major role to play in drug development and healthcare in my future career.
Conformation and transduction of cationic peptides, which involved working in detail with heparin and four different peptides in the laboratory and using computer-based modeling programs. In the manufacturing suite, I observed how tablets and capsules were formulated for clinical trials; it was very nice as I have a great interest in this part of drug development. Organize entertainment events for the university and be involved in organizing events for the University of London Union.
I learned to advance my skills to organize my time academically and for the university and built the reputation of the team. Great interest in sport: basketball* (member of the Derby Storm U21 team), netball*, volleyball*, hockey*, tennis and badminton, coaching the School of Pharmacy basketball team. I have recently completed my third year in Pharmacy and am applying for a pre-registration training program for 2007 within the industry.
I am determined to work in the pharmaceutical industry sector and am very keen to get my essential training to develop and strengthen myself for this career path. Working for another well-known company has increased my desire to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry and would enable me to make an immediate contribution to the company. I am in the third year of the MPharm course and at the end of the first semester.
It would also be a good opportunity to be part of the health care team and work in a group unlike. At Bush Pharmacy I was involved in the whole dispensing process which the pharmacist monitored, while at Prince Pharmacy I was more of a sales person as the pharmacy did not have an NHS. Much of the work involved fulfilling customer requests and giving advice on P and over-the-counter medications.
