(1) : Barang siapa dengan sengaja atau tanpa hak melakukan perbuatan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 2 ayat (1) atau Pasal 49 ayat (1) dan ayat (2) dipidana dengan pidana penjara masing-masing paling singkat 1 (satu) bulan dan/atau denda paling sedikit Rp 1.000.000,00 (satu juta rupiah), atau pidana penjara paling lama 7 (tujuh) tahun dan/atau denda paling banyak Rp 5.000.000.000,00 (lima milyar rupiah).
(2) : Barang siapa dengan sengaja menyiarkan, memamerkan, mengedarkan atau menjual kepada umum suatu Ciptaan atau barang hasil pelanggaran Hak Cipta atau Hak Terkait sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1) dipidana dengan penjara paling lama 5 (lima) tahun dan/atau denda paling banyak Rp 500.000.000,00 (lima ratus juta rupiah).

i PREFACE
Alhamdulillah. Praise be to Allah the Merciful for all His blessing given that the Institution of Islamic Study and Personality Development (LSIPK) UNISBA could successfully accomplished the English Book entitled Thinking Beyond The Text as the students'book in studying English around Unisba.
Unisba is one of the Private Islamic Iniversities based upon the Islamic values. The instructional goals in Unisba are constructed to realize mujahid (warrior), mujtahid (researcher), and mujaddid (innovator) in the scientific islamic society. One of the efforts to achieve the goals is that Unisba has put up LSIPK as the supporting organization functioning to develop Islamic concepts. The development of the Islamic concepts is coducted through some disciplines coordinated under LSIPK those are : Islamic Teaching & Boarding Activities, Islamic Studies and Preaching and Mosques and the discipline of Personality Development namely: Pancasila, Civics, Indonesian, and English
In line with the objective of Unisba that is to produce religious and qualified personality of human resources as the warriors, researchers and, innovators, it requires Islamic guidance in order to construct the Islamic English skill integrated in the English book. Besides, the uniqueness of the English Book composed by the Team provides the readers with the Islamic nuanses described in the Islamic texts. This English book is a compulsary book must be owned by Unisba students studying English, so that they will be able to critically think about some various topics and issues related to their majors and religious values.
In this opportunity we would like to express our sincere gratitude and high appreciation to all parties contributing and supporting to accomplish this book. Specifically our thanks and appreciation are given to the Team of the Authors, University and Faculty chairpersons. To Allah we only pray that this book will be one of useful sources to widen and enlarge knowledge delivering continuous goodness for those who have done the best.
