Gestalt Therapy Using the Empty Chair Technique to Reduce Excessive Anger in Youth

The empty chair technique is a basic gestalt therapy exercise that places the client across an empty chair. In this case, the empty chair technique is given to reduce the client's excessive anger to resolve the interpersonal conflicts.
