ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh social capital, human capital dan transaction cost terhadap kesuksesan UMKM dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 43 pemilik UMKM yang bergerak di bidang Dodol Desa Penglatan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang telah melalui proses uji coba dan uji validitas reliabilitas instrumen. Data hasil pengisian kuesioner selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa social capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan UMKM, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi social capital pemilik UMKM maka semakin tinggi kesuksesan UMKM, hasil analisis kedua menunjukakn bahwa human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingginya human capital akan mendorong kesuksesan UMKM, selanjutnya hasil ketiga dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transaction cost berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan UMKM, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya transaction cost yang dikeluarkan maka akan mendorong kesuksesan UMKM.

Abtract
This study aims to examine the effect of social capital, human capital and transaction costs on the success of MSMEs by taking a sample of 43 MSME owners who are engaged in Dodol Penglatan Village. The research data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires that had gone through the trial process and the validity of the instrument's reliability test. The data from filling out the questionnaires were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, the results of the analysis show that social capital has a positive and significant effect on the success of MSMEs, this shows that the higher the social capital of MSME owners, the higher the success of MSMEs , the results of the second analysis show that human capital has a positive and significant effect on success. , this shows that high human capital will encourage the success of MSMEs, then the third result in this study shows that transaction costs have a positive and significant effect on the success of MSMEs, this shows that the low transaction costs incurred will encourage the success of MSMEs.
