PERAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PENGEMBANGAN WISATA DI DESA LIANG NDARA KABUPATEN MANGGARAI BARAT DAN
POTENSINYA SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR SOSIOLOGI DI SMA

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) Peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan wisata di Desa Liang Ndara. (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peran pemerintah. (3) Aspek-aspek wisata yang bisa dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar sosiologi di SMA. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini ialah (1) peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan wisata terdiri dari tujuh komponen utama yaitu sektor pemasaran, sektor perhubungan, sektor akomodasi, sektor atraksi/daya tarik wisata, sektor tour oprator, sektor pendukung/rupa-rupa dan sektor pengkoordinasi/regulator. (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan Desa Liang Ndara adalah faktor potensi wisata, ekonomi dan faktor sumber daya manusia. (3) memberikan sumber belajar di luar buku teks.
Desa Liang Ndara berbasis budaya ini dapat mengajak peserta didik belajar tidak dari buku saja melainkan bisa memanfaatkan tempat wisata.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine, (1) The role of the government in tourism development in Liang Ndara Village. (2) Factors influencing the role of government. (3) Aspects of tourism that can be used as a source of learning sociology in high school. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are (1) the role of the government in tourism development consists of seven main components, namely the marketing sector, the transportation sector, the accommodation sector, the tourist attraction/attraction sector, the tour operator sector, the supporting/various sector and the coordinating/regulator sector. . (2) the factors that influence the government's role in the development of Liang Ndara Village are tourism potential, economy and human resource factors. (3) provide learning resources

outside of textbooks. This culture-based Liang Ndara village can invite students to learn not only from books but can take advantage of tourist attractions.
