Locale and Sampling

DISCUSSION A. Online Advertising

As shown in Table 2, the level of consumer buying behavior among consumers achieved an overall average of 4.05, which is described as high. For example, the personal experiences of friends or family and even colleagues can influence purchase behavior (Ma et al., 2014). Furthermore, when choosing a movie to watch, one may choose to rely on the referral of a friend or family member, while others prefer online reviews and rating (information search), which is a common attitude of consumers who are particular about details.

Relationship Between Online Advertising and Consumer Buying Behavior

This means that necessity, brand appeal and stimulation have a significant impact on the level of consumer buying behavior in purchasing smartphones. Regression analysis on the level of online advertising and the level of consumer buying behavior in purchasing smartphones.

Implications

Regression analysis on the impact of online advertising domains on consumers' purchasing behavior in purchasing smartphones revealed that stimulation is the strongest domain. The findings of this study revealed that online advertising and consumer buying behavior in purchasing smartphones are at high levels.

The purpose of this test is to test whether there is inequality of variance in the regression model between the residuals from one observation to another. The way to see nothing, heteroscedasticity, is to look at the graph. Relationship between customer satisfaction (X1) and service quality (X2) on customer loyalty It is known that customer satisfaction (X1) and service quality (X2) are jointly (simultaneously) significantly related to the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty (Y ). The variable Customer Satisfaction (X1) and Service Quality (X2) are jointly (simultaneously) significantly related to the dependent variable, namely Customer Loyalty (Y).

  • Effect of Rupiah Exchange Rates on Indonesia's CPO Export Volume

The first hypothesis in the study has not been proven to be true. This is known from the t-value of 1.882, which means that it is less than 1.96. This means that the Rupiah exchange rate has no significant effect on Indonesian CPO export volume. Thus, the first hypothesis in this study, which states: "The exchange rate of the rupiah has a significant effect on the Indonesian export volume of crude palm oil", can be declared unacceptable. The findings in this study prove that the rupiah exchange rate has a positive but not significant effect on Indonesia's crude palm oil export volume.

Factors Affecting Safety Performance: Case Study at PT Pamapersada Nusantara

Operator technical training has a relationship with operator safety performance

Also, non-technical training can improve the interpersonal skills and behaviors necessary to apply technical skills and knowledge in the workplace (Melvin R. Weber, 2009). In general, non-technical training indicators do not differ much from technical training, except that there are significant differences in the training materials. Therefore, non-technical training will help improve behavioral factors; Seiler (2010) states that training can change employees' behavior, attitudes and values about their work and the organization as a whole.

Operator technical competence mediates the relationship between operator technical training and operator safety performance

Operator non-technical competence mediates the relationship between operator non-technical training and operator safety performance. The third hypothesis test is accepted, which means that technical competence significantly mediates the relationship between technical training and safety performance. This study shows that respondents' perceptions of technical training have no relationship with safety performance.

    • CONCLUSION

Based on the results of previous research by Kintan Benvia Cherny, (2017), the result of this research explained that work stress has a negative effect on work productivity. From table 10, it can be seen that work conflict (X1), job stress (X2) and management (X3) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely work productivity (Y). So it can show that the labor conflict variable has a significant effect on the labor productivity variables partially.
