Correlation between leukocyte count and Ckmb level in patients with acute myocardial infarction in general hospital Prof. dr.
Not all primary care facilities in Indonesia can perform cardiac enzyme tests to diagnose acute myocardial infarction, in fact early diagnosis is very important to prevent further. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation of leukocyte counts with CK-MB levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Statistical test performed with the SPSS program analyzed the relationship between leukocytes and CKMB in patients with acute myocardial infarction using the Spearman correlation test.
A total of 32 male patients and 8 female patients aged between 35 and 85 years participated in this study. Based on the Spearman correlation test, a significant relationship between leukocyte levels and CKMB levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction was found (p = 0.006, r = 0.43). In patients with acute myocardial infarction, there is a significant correlation between the number of leukocytes and the level of CKMB.
Leukocyte examination can be used as an alternative examination to make the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.

A recent study in post-stroke patients with atrial fibrillation suggests that concomitant statin therapy reduces the risk of bleeding. We aimed to evaluate whether the use of statins reduces the risk of bleeding in ischemic stroke patients with atrial fibrillation. Conclusion: Statin treatment may be associated with a reduced risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in ischemic stroke patients with atrial fibrillation.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between leukocyte count and TROPONIN-T level in patients with acute myocardial infarction. There was no significant relationship between leukocyte count and troponin T level in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
Numerous studies have shown that anemia is identified as an independent predictor of mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Most previous studies have focused on comparing those with and without anemia. However, since this is a common condition in hospitalized patients, the severity of the anemia may be an important consideration. The aim of this study was to investigate the association between anemia on admission and mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Method: Data were obtained from the Sardjto Cardiovascular Intensive Care Registry. We included 38 patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction from March 2020 to July 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. Current guidelines recommend a wire crossing time of ≤120 minutes from STEMI diagnosis to wire crossing. .The wire crossing time is divided into 2 groups, which are with delay and without delay. Chi-square correlation is used to analyze two groups of wire crossing time and mortality. Background: Several reports have shown that time to reperfusion in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is associated with improved outcomes.
This study aims to see if there is more late presentation of patients with STEMI in the pandemic era. Backgrounds: The aim of this study was to investigate the progression time and prevalence of cardiac disease in patients with newly diagnosed primary hypertension in Banyuwangi. There was no significance in the mean of progression time between the types of cardiac disease in this study population.
Background and objective: Acute myocardial infarction is the leading cause of global and in-hospital mortality in patients with cardiovascular disease.
