Organization

Government
Districts not represented at national conventions and not presenting sufficient justification to the Executive Committee within 4 weeks of the first day of the convention, must be expelled from the Union. The National Union Convention defines the District of the Executive Committee; The District Assembly of the Executive Committee elects the members of the Executive Committee and three alternates. The National Union Convention shall provide the Executive Committee with sufficient funds for this purpose.
The District Executive Committee is responsible for the management of the Union treasury by the Executive Committee. The treasurer of the National Executive Committee must provide sufficient security to the District Committee of the Executive Committee. At national conventions, Executive Committee members have all the rights of delegates except the right to vote, and therefore cannot represent any district.
The administrative year of the Association begins on September 1, and the budget year on April 1. Districts or associations that have not submitted their complete statistical reports to the Executive Committee by February 1 of the following year must charge a surcharge of 10%.

Accusation and Appeals

In the case of an appeal to the district executive committee, the company, whose decision is appealed, is obliged to immediately submit to the district executive committee all documents, letters and a certified copy of witness statements. An appeal against the district administration's decision must be lodged directly with the National Executive Committee. All relevant documents that the district executive committee has in its possession must be sent to the National Executive Committee immediately. A charge can be made to the district board against a gymnastics club from this district for violation or disregard of the association's statutes either by another gymnastics club, by another district association's executive committee or by the National Board. Revision of the statutes
