INTISARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Kasus Pada Tingkat Kesehatan Di Indonesia 2010- 2014). Data yang digunakan adalah data Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dari laporan keuangan tahunan 6 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah data Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Analisis Linear berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji t (Parsial), Uji f (Silmultan).
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa perkembangan tingkat kesehatan bank di Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2014 terjadi adanya dinamika dan perkembangan baik ke atas maupun ke bawah, dan perkembangan Nilai Perusahaan yang juga mengalami perkembangan baik ke atas maupun ke bawah setiap tahunnya.
Kesimpulannya dari penelitian ini bahwa Analisis Regensi Linear Berganda dari laporan yang terbentuk adalah Tingkat Kesehatan Bank yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia secara keseluruhan. Hal ini ditunjukan olehkoefisien korelasi simultan sebesar 0,373 dan Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa secara variable CAMEL (CAR, PPAP, PDN, BOPO, LDR) memiliki hubungan yang rendah terhadap nilai perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to acknowledge the Effect of Bank’s Health Level toward Company’s Value (Case Study on Health Level in Indonesia 2010-2014).
The analyses of the data using Multiple Linear Regression from annual financial report consisted of six companies that registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method of this research using Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Multiple Linear Analysis , Coefficient of Determination, Test t (Partial), Test f (Simultaneous).
The result of this research finds that there is dynamic and development of health level of banks that registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014, occurred for both the dynamics and development of upward or downward, and the development of the Company's value also experienced good growth upwards or downwards each year.
The conclusion of this research is Analyses of Multiple Linear Regression from the reports applied to Bank’s Health Level wholly. It’s showed by simultaneous correlation coefficient on 0.373 which means the variable of company’s value can be explained by CAMEL (CAR, PPAP, PDN, BOPO, LDR) has a low correlation to the value of the company.
