Intisari
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penyusunan tata letak serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana tata letak yang efisien untuk meminimumkan jarak dan waktu dengan menggunakan model Distance Time di Perusahaan Baffling Clothing Cimahi.
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini penulis mengambil judul “ Analisis Tata Letak Dengan Menggunakan Distance And Time Model Untuk Meminimumkan Jarak
Dengan menggunakan metode jarak dan waktu terhadap layout di Perusahaan Baffling Clothing dengan bertujuan meminimumkan jarak dan waktu pada proses produksi sehingga dapat memberikan peningkatan efesiensi dan pendapatan. Hasil yang didapat dari layout aktual yaitu jarak 246,4 m, waktu normal 755 detik, waktu standar 792,75 detik, jumlah produk 224, dan pendapatan Rp. 17.920.000.
Sedangkan hasil yang didapat dari layout alternatif yaitu jarak 154,9 m, waktu normal 568 detik, waktu standar 596,4 s, jumlah produk 294, dan pendapatan Rp 23.520.000. Dengan itu dapat menghemat jarak 91,5 m ,waktu normal 187 detik ,waktu standar 196,35 detik, sehingga layout alternatif meningkatan produk dan pendapatan sebanyak 70 dan Rp 5.600.000.
Sehingga dalam Layout Alternatif dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan produk dan pendapatan dengan meminumkan jarak dan waktu ,hasil efesiensi peningkatan sebesar 31,25%

Abstact
This research aims to know the composition of the layout as well as to find out how an efficient layout for minimising the distance and time by using the model of Distance Time in the company of Baffling Clothing Cimahi. In this Thesis the author took the title "Layout Analysis by using Distance And Time models for minimising the Distance and time in the production process in the company of Baffling Clothing.
By using the method of distance and time to the Company's layout Baffling Clothing with minimising the distance and time aiming at the production process so as to provide increased efficiency and income. The results obtained from the actual layout i.e. distance 246,4 m, normal time 755 seconds, 792,75 seconds, standard time product number 224, and revenue of Rp. 17.920.000. Whereas the results obtained from the alternative layout i.e. distance 154,9 m, normal time 568 seconds, 596,4 s, standard time product number 294, and revenues of Rp 23.520.000. Withit can save approximately 91.5 m, normal time 187 seconds, standard time 196.35 seconds, so alternative layouts to improve the product and income by as much as 70 and Rp 5.600.000.
So in this Alternative Layout can provide a positive influence on the improvement of product and income with meminumkan distance and time, efficient use of results an increase of 31,25%.
