From the data presented in the rank table, we can see that the N value,  which represents the number of occurrences of nega ve ranks, stands at 0. 

As a result of this observa on, we can conclude that there is no decrease in  the test results.

Since the significa on value is less than 0.05. So, we can conclude that this  hypothesis is accepted.
