Bela negara merupakan pola sikap dan perilaku warga negara yang dijiwai rasa cinta terhadap Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Bentuk bela negara yang pada prinsipnya dilakukan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mempunyai dampak (output) terhadap pembangunan dan pembangunan.

Bahwa seluruh pegawai dipersiapkan secara mental dan fisik untuk keterlibatan yang tepat sasaran, terukur dan profesional dalam pelatihan Bela Negara. Hal ini terjadi karena ada sekelompok lembaga swadaya masyarakat (LSM) yang tidak setuju dengan pelaksanaan Pembinaan Personil Pertahanan Negara.
PERAN TNI DALAM GLOBAL HEALTH SECURITY AGENDA (GHSA)
GHSA dibangun berdasarkan program yang sudah ada dan mempercepat pelaksanaan program kerja WHO, OIE, FAO dan kerangka kerja global terkait lainnya. Melalui program kerja yang terdefinisi dengan baik, TNI akan mendukung kegiatan GHSA di forum internasional dan nasional serta di lingkungan TNI sendiri. Penjabaran Program Kerja GHSA TNI akan dilakukan pada tingkat Kementerian Pertahanan RI, Puskesmas RI, dan Dinas Kesehatan.
Agar program kerja GHSA dapat terlaksana dengan baik maka harus dituangkan dalam Program Kerja dan Anggaran masing-masing angkatan, Mabes TNI, dan Kementerian Pertahanan. Oleh karena itu, hal ini akan menjadi program kerja yang akan dilaksanakan oleh Direktorat/Dinas Kesehatan Angkatan serta Puskesmas TNI dan Ditjen Kekuatan Pertahanan Kemhan. Although the training of personnel either centrally or in local areas is coordinated by the Ministry of Defense, it is expected that the defense awareness of the country will be more comprehensive. Due to this understanding, some non-governmental organizations do not agree with the implementation of the development of national defense. The National Defense Awareness Program is a means to develop social discipline in everyday life and to create people who are ready to sacrifice for the welfare of the nation as well as to create a decent society.
